Is there any way to move the wizard navigation from the bottom to the top (where they were in v1)? Am I missing the setting somewhere?

No setting. Our design team felt that bottom placement of wizard buttons was a better standard UI.
You can create your own button set above the wizard - and call component actions to move from step to step - and that way put your buttons wherever you want.
But you are probably best just keeping the wizard buttons at the bottom.
+5Appreciate the reply Rob and I’ll consider it. I am rebuilding a solution from v1 and trying to keep some functionality the same for my users. Worst case I’ll go the route you mentioned above.
