When clicking on the Global Action Button, the Pop Up is opening two times

When i am clicking on this button, it is opening popup two times.

We are using following actions on the Global Action Button.

Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks

What version of Skuid are you on?
Do you have any model actions on the NewAccount, NewContact, or NewParticipant model that would open a popup?
