Hi Mark, I think the best bet is to upload something that’s mostly square.

Skuid community currently uses GetSatisfaction. You might find answers to those kind of questions here https://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfaction/.
+4The actual picture you see here in the community is 60px*60px. Any image you upload larger than that gets downscaled (in both dimensions) such that it fits in this tiny square. The distortion you see is likely because of this.
For most cases, an image of 512 or 1024 px square is more than enough to make sure if they ever use a larger vesion of your picture somewhere, you’ll still look good.
