I have 2 row actions on a table. One is Mark for Deletion and t he other is Unmark for Deletion. 
The mark for deletion button works perfectly highlighting the row. When I click on the other button to clear the mark nothing happens.
Is there action I need to take after unmarking the file in order to de-select the row?

Why do you have a Row Action for Unmarking a row, is that a specific Use-Case?
Have you tried clicking the Delete Row Action a 2nd time, that should already remove the highlighting.
