Table date filter on existing conditions displays incorrect date.

Here’s the setup (conditions and filter):

Here’s what we see in runtime:

The table filters correctly (displaying only dates >= four days ago), but the filter shows 4/1/2001.

This doesn’t change with cookies on or off.
