Skuid page does not render correclty in Salesforce community

I updated sandbox to 11.2.29, and the same problem persists.

Any suggestions?  I have no idea what is causing this behavior.

Did some testing that was interesting.  If I use the default theme, the Skuid page renders correctly in community builder.  When I use the materiall blue theme, the Skuid page does not render correctly in community.  It shows the material blue theme for half a second, then it breaks and shows the above screenshots.  Any ideas what could be the issue?

Thank you for your reply.  I tried to update the theme, but the button to update theme is not available on the theme tab in the Skuid module.
