Save/Cancel disabled even though model hasChanged=true

Trying a Barry here.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Click on table row action to popup.
2. Make an edit to a record in a component which has model in Save/Cancel button list of “Additional Models to Save/Cancel”
3. Close popup without clicking Save or Cancel.
4. Open popup
