Sounds like something on your page is not playing nice with the rich text. If you put only that field on a new page, do you still have the problem?

We had a similar problem - and it was a combination of IE and the RTE being in a pop up.

What is RTE?  Now it is running on to the right.

I had heard from Skuid and they are thinking this is only occurring in the new IE Edge.  That got me thinking that I forgot an important environmental issue.  This is happening on a public facing site and is happening in all browsers. Any resolution to this problem?
