**Defect/Issue Description: Picklist with Field Dependency Value won’t Stick **
Any fields that have field dependencies wont keep the value you select until the second time you select it.

Brief Summary of the Defect/Issue:
When selecting a value from a picklist that has a field dependency, the value wont stick in the field until the second time the picklist value is selected.

Field populates selected value
