Model filter not working properly for certain users?

I have a simple model filter pulling up Assets based on the Account ID returned.  This filter works completely fine when logged in as myself (I am an admin).  However, when logged in as certain users, the filter pulls up every single asset.  As if based on user it doesnt plug in the Account ID to the filter condition.  Help??

    Just to make sure, do the other users having issues, have permission to view the field(s) referenced by filter?

    Thanks Dave.  That was exactly the problem.  I assumed the users having issues all had permissions to the field, but they didn’t.
