Our Org was on skuid version 11.0.2 and i was not able to create a page selecting page type as mobile. I have upgraded it to 11.2.5 and noticed creating new page shows page type as mobile, but when i create a new page with type as mobile i get You’ve been INKED! (Something went wrong).

Cody’s feedback on that topic applies here as well. The experience of building mobile friendly pages using the unified composer is a better one (in my experience) than it was in the mobile composer, so I hope making this shift will leave you feeling the same way.
