Brief Summary of the Defect/Issue:
Picklist values are intermittently disapearring for users on a particular page. They will be available, then disappear for users. It has been happening for about a week. This is across operating systems and browsers, and is not affecting each and every user.
All users have the same Profile, and the RT is identified on the model.
Action Performed:
We didn’t change anything, the bug just started happening.
