When I access a skuid page from the VF page/tab that is the default for an app (using the SFDC apps menu) I don’t get icons. When I access the skuid page directly, I get icons.

+18+18Perhaps a “Serve Static Resources from Visualforce Domain” issue. This is a new org, which I expect has this “critical update” activated. How can I deactivate it, since it is not in the Critical Updates list
