How to get details of Conga response and save it as record of skuid table

Is there anyway to get the the details of Conga document like Id,Name ,status and put it in a table salesforce skuid page   as a record of an object .

    What do you mean by Conga document?  Do you mean Conga Template?

    The model you most likely want to APXTConga4__Conga_Template__c.  Create a Skuid page and experiment using this model.  Hopefully it has what you need.
