How can I add Deactive Filter condition on Automatic Filter?

I need to add reset filter in popup.
I have added many filters.The filters are combination of manual and automatic.
I can add De-active condition for manual  condition.But I cannot add de-active condition for automatic filter.
Can any one tell me how i can deactivate automatic filters condition.
Is there any way with the help of which i can deactivate all the condition in one rule or one shot.
