Has anyone used skuid pages to manage / display files in salesforce libraries?

we are going to start using Salesforce for Investment documents again and I wondered if anyone has successfully implemented files / libraries via a skuid design

Thanks for your question Brandon. I’m not sure if anyone has used Skuid for libraries yet however I did some initial digging and have found that libraries etc. are stored in objects that are accessible to Skuid (via models, like all other objects).

  • Libraries are stored in the Content Workspace Object, which you can expose in Skuid (at least for public libraries).
  • The files themselves are stored in the ContentDocument object and related to libraries by the (aptly named) ContentWorkspaceDoc object.
  • There a quite a few other Content-related objects as well which might be worth looking into.
