Here’s the work around and this will work with almost any use case. Only issue is that the UI experience will be unconventional in that the UI will load without data and then a query is performed.

I’d prefer that the page loads normally and formula added as a choice in Content for Value property of Condition.
I also tried creating a formula field in a prior model thinking I could use it in the next model, but it seems formula fields are calculated after all models are loaded.
