Filters related to date are not working

I have provided full xml of my grid page.

I am facing the issue realted to date filters.
For example I have one field work experience year.
So Please check Reg Date Filter and work experience filter in above code.
And provide me proper solution for that.

Before a week all filters are working fine but now I am facing the error in this two filter.
It cannot able to search anything.
Like we have disabled that filters.
