Interesting idea, Pat.

A couple of quick thoughts:

1. We need to be careful about breaking native patterns for accessibility (where hitting “Enter” would normally trigger the input/button/etc that’s in focus).
2. I could see a lot of potential usefulness in adding configurable keyboard shortcuts for the action framework (abstracting this specific idea a bit).
