Div element with standard class sm-panelwrapper" is intermittently not rendering properly on load o"

Div element with standard style class “sm-panelwrapper” is intermittently not rendering properly on load of the Skuid page.

Sometimes the element Div with attribute "style=“border-top-width: 62px;”  is rendering as required , but sometimes it is showing style attribute as "style=“border-top-width: 34px;” . Because of this issue the User is facing UI problems . Let me know if it is a known bug in the system.
