different theme for different pages

A few questions for you: 

• Did you set the custom theme as your organization default theme in Theme Assignments? 
• Do you have profile and/or user-level overrides of the themes? 
• Are the same set of pages deployed to all profiles or were different profiles assigned different pages in the page assignments?
