Component w/ Context Properties

I often come across use cases where I’d like to use the number of rows in a specified component which has context. ie. in a drawer or popup/modal.

As an example, in a modal I’d like to create section headers above tables which show the # of rows in the below table.

Additionally, I’d like to conditionally render a Text component saying “No notes” instead of an empty table.

Let me make sure I understand - are you saying that you’d want something like the {{$Model.data.length}} global merge, but specifically for contextual elements like modals, drawers, and deck cards?

Correct.

Someone please tell me why this hasn’t been implemented. Makes no sense to use a snippet without the context. I’d love to use 1 snippet for the same purpose on many many buttons, but nooooo! ERG!!!
