Are you still having problems with this? You’re right that Chrome 53 is likely the issue because here is the response from GetSatisfaction: 

• Thank you for letting us know. We looked into this and do not see any issues or other reports on this. Is the user still having issues? If this is the case then it would be something on his end preventing him from loading the page.
