Builder render condition display error

A minor problem, but this is happening in the builder for a rendering condition on a field editor section. ‘=’ != ‘!=’

    Matt.  Does the run-time function as you would expect? 

    Does this happen every time you use the != operator?  I’ve been building lots of conditional rendereing today and have not seen this.  Any pattern?
