Add Date value as a Picklist values on UI Only field through snippet

Hi Team,

i have 2 models and basic of some profile condition, i want to add any one model’s date field ex lastDate to the UIONly Picklist field on 3rd model. i want to do this through Snippet so that i can manage my data.
