accessing Themes

Is it possible to access themes on v12.4.14? I do not see it listed in the menu.

The menu lists: Pages, Design Systems, Data Sources, Deployment, Settings etc

    Looks like v1 and v2 themes are listed under Design Systems. I was looking for the default themes out of curiosity.
