We upgraded to 12.0.1 in Jan-2019, after few weeks, we noticed the PageBuilder UI looks like below (nothing we can really understand and change). Anyone else had this problem and know the root cause?

+11Try going to Themes > Update Out of Date themes. That usually clears up wacky looking pages after upgrading.
+2We had production deployment this morning. Updating themes didn’t help, ended up upgrading to 12.1.3.
