Nintex Foxtrot RPA is an on-premises solution, with the application and associated customer data hosted within the customer's environment. Because of this deployment model, many of the controls typically addressed by a SaaS SOC 2 report are managed by the customer rather than Nintex. Nintex does maintain security and compliance certifications and documentation; however, the Security Team may not have a SOC for you for this product but may be able to provide other relevant documents.
