Why does Foxtrot freeze when importing data?
Resolution
Your data may be having trouble importing due to something in the spreadsheet. Check the column headers and remove any special characters such as number signs, apostrophes or ampersand (&) symbols. Make sure there are no merged columns or blank columns that have no header in the spreadsheet as this will prevent the data from importing. If all else fails, save the file as a csv and import the csv.
