Enable Active Directory Search

Problem

An RPA LE user cannot connect to the bot or is receiving a message saying they are unauthorized.

Solution

To check to see if the user is connected, enable Active Directory Search:

1. Go to windows _ Run _ optionalfeatures
2. Select Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services and enable it:
3. After the changes are applied, go to Windows _ Search for _ User:
4. Click on Edit local users and groups, above.
5. Click on Groups _ Users and double click:
6. Click Add _ Enter _ Check Names the name you wish to search for:
7. Select search:
8. If the user appears, you should be good to find the user in RPA Central as well.
