If having issues with the Nintex RPA LE Unlocker where it was working and then stopped. If Duo is used, you may have received an update, and it may have changed the registry key.
Instructions
If DUO is installed on the Bot machine where the Credential provider is installed, DUO will somehow override all other credential providers and not let FTCredentialProvider even start. If there is a way to setup DUO to permit some other providers, that would have to be discovered by the IT and DUO documentation.
