When the customer is targeting Jack Henry Silverlake, there is a table, and RPA LE doesn't seem to capture the value in a Get Value action, a Target Not Found error may be received.
Instructions
With this system, it may be best to use the Start Highlight action to help RPA LE identify the desired call in the table.
Note: You may not see the yellow highlight when the cell is targeted, but it still works.
- Target the cell from which you wish to obtain the value.
- Choose Start Highlight action and set up the action.
- Target the exact cell again, and this time choose Get Value, but while setting up the action, change Exact Target to Highlighted Target and set up the rest as done in the failing Get Target.
Note: If you need to get more than one value from the table, you can target the highlighted cell, change Exact Target to Highlighted Target, and then choose the Move Highlight action up, down, or left and right to the next cell you need.
