If click actions are not detecting the object on a page, with the same HTML command that was added after the fully developed wizard was created for a specific URL, this may help in troubleshooting.
Instructions
If, for example, the URLs are:
1. login.yourdomain.com
2. reporting.yourdomain.com
Despite the fact that that we are adding a similar page, ending in, "yourdomain.com," the pages are different and may require the action to be re-recorded in the wizard for the second URL in order for the webpage to be detected successfully.
Before trying to re-record the second URL, try these two suggestions first:
1. Check that all 5 Object Selectors as shown below and choose "Automatic" for the "Inner Text Selectors" option:
2. Make sure that both URLs are in the Window Data. Below, only the first one is present.
