Seq Error - Failed to addUserRoles - failed to get users for realm Kryon

Constant error in Seq for specific user (example Robot7):
"failed to addUserRoles Robot7 - failed to get users for realm kryon"

Instructions 

Check if “kryon-server client” in AB has the "manage-users" and "view-realm" assigned roles:

1. Navigate to: Aerobase > Clients > kryon-server > Service Account Roles > Service Account Roles
2. In "Client roles” field find/type "realm-management"
3. Check if the roles "manage-users" and "view-realm" are assigned and add them if they are missing.
4. Restart to the services is required for the roles to be updated.

 
The issue should be solved after that, in case it is not, you can check the following:
a) Check if user “Robot7” is present in both Nintex Admin and Aerobase. If it is, then try to save the user from Nintex Admin (in case it is a username/password setup).
b) If it's SSO, check if there is a difference in roles between Nintex Admin and Aerobase.
c) If it's SSO, try to sync the users in Nintex Admin again and check after that.
