RPA Console Redirects to Forbidden After VM Restart

After restarting the RPA server vm, when try to login to console, it shows a Forbidden page. This issue only happens when the DB is resides in the same VM with RPA server. Most of the time, this issue happens in 25.11.
 

Seq Error:
In Seq, it shows messages about kryon-license-manager-svc failed to connect to local db.

Instructions 

Please restart kryon-license-manager-svc via the system manager.

Follow the steps below:

1. Open Nintex System Manager.
2. Navigate to Server Management or Services.
3. Locate kryon-license-manager-svc (License Manager Service).
4. Select the service.
5. Click Restart.
