Robot is not subscribing or login issue with just loading dots. This happens many a time when customer tries to login with same user on different VM.
Instructions
1- Go to console > Robots page and delete the robot which is causing the issue
2- Login to aerobase and select the user which is causing the issue and go to the session tab and logout from all sessions
3- In robot machine, Exit the robot from tray
4- In robot machine, go to %ProgramData%\Kryon directory and rename the UserData folder to Old_UserData folder
5- Restart the robot
