“Nintex Studio encountered an error while loading rules and will now close.”

Instructions 
This error is related to rules managed through Studio > Tools > Rules Manager. These rules allow you to customize how wizards behave or detect specific applications.

For example, you can create rules to target certain domains like google.com. Clicking “Create a Rule” enables the configuration of rules that apply to all future wizards
 

If this error appears, it usually means there is an issue with loading these rules.
 

Cause
This issue typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

• Missing TenantId attribute
• User exists in Aerobase/Keycloak, but not in Nintex Admin
• User exists in Nintex Admin, but not in Aerobase/Keycloak

Solution
To resolve the issue, perform the following checks:

• Ensure the user exists both in Aerobase/Keycloak and Nintex Admin
• Verify the user has the same roles in both systems
• Confirm that the TenantId attribute is present and has the correct value

Once these checks are complete, try launching Nintex Studio again.
