Introduction: This article contains information on how to Disable 1.3 TLS encryption. In some cases this can cause issues when using email advanced commands.
Behavior: Unable to send email using the advanced command. No changes were made in the wizard or Nintex configuration.
Instructions
1. Open Windows Registry Editor:
2. Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.3\Client.
3. Change the Enabled key to 0. 4. Restart the Studio/Robot.
