Problem: logs are not sent to Seq from Studio or Robot in 19.3+

Prerequisites: None.
Symptom: Logs are not being received from clients (logs not visible in Seq)
Cause: The log file may be locked due to an earlier crash or other system event that caused the log to not be released correctly.
 
Resolution:
  1. Login to the client machine.
  2. Stop the relevant LogBeat Service from Windows Services (Studio or Robot)
  3. Browse to C:ProgramDataKryonDBLogs
  4. Delete Player or Studio files according to the Client that stopped writing to the log
  5. Start the service again to re-enable logging.
