Document Dashboard - Release 4.12.7

We had the above release applied to our Process Manager Tenant yesterday .   One of users has tried to replace a document issue and we have discovered the “Replace” option isnt responding .     Any ideas ?

@ClaireT we had another report of this this morning and are looking into it with the support team. Are you able to confirm that this is happening with an externally linked document vs. one that is hosted within Process Manager?

Hi Claire,

I’ve noticed two funny things since the Release 4.12.7:

  1. that there is no longer an ability to upload multiple documents at a time (we used to have the function to drag and drop, or select multiple documents at once for upload, if they were the same document type and located in the same process group). 
  2. I can no longer upload documents into groups that are “Document only group”, they simply do not show up in the “Process Group” selection window

Are you seeing these occur for you as well?

The ability to do multiple uploads and the document only group not being visible for selection in the process group modal is known and currently being investigated by the engineers to resolve.

additionally, the fix for replacing of documents has gone out, please let us know if the issue is still persisting.
