Issue
The following error message is displayed even though the Browser is IE 11:

Resolution
Ensure that promapp.com is not included in the compatibility view settings.
For On Premise clients ensure the Display intranet sites in compatibility mode option is unticked.
For On Premise clients ensure the Display intranet sites in compatibility mode option is unticked.
Additional Information
These settings may be controlled by a group policy. You may need to contact your IT team to adjust this setting.
