Trouble Archiving a Process - 400 Error

When trying to archive a process in Nintex Process Manager, the user receives this error, "If an Error is received Response Code: 400 does not indicate a successful operation."

Check the Process Owner and make sure that person is an active user.


How to check if a user is inactive:

  1. Go to Admin (top right).
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Click on the Cogwheel.
  4. Select 'Display inactive users'.
  5. In the search box type the owners name.
  6. If user is in this list, they are inactive. 

 

Instructions 

Change the Process Owner to an active user and publish the process. Then try to archive the process once more and see if that resolves the issue.
