When reviewing a document or process this error occurs: Error while submitting review.
Instructions
Check the due date of the document or process and calculate to see if the due date is more than 60 days away from the review date.
If so, then the reason the error is showing is because the user is attempting to review more than 60 days (2 months) before the actual due date. Currently a user can only review 60 days before the due date.
Please note: As of August 2025, we have created a task for our Engineering Team to update the error message to reflect the correct issue so that it will be more obvious in the future.
If you have any further questions or if your due date is not more than 60 days away, please open a case with Nintex Support by sending an email to support@nintex.com and in the initial comment, state when the due date is so we can rule that out.
