Issue
Nintex Promapp Users with the privilege level of 'User' may not be able to create new Processes
Resolution
Change the setting Restrict process creation to only PMs, BAs and PCs in Admin > Configure > Process Editing.
Additional Information
When this setting is ON, only Promasters, Business Analysts and Process Group champions can create new Processes.
