Nintex Promapp user cannot see a newly created Process Group

Issue

When a Nintex Promapp Process Group has just been created, a different user may not see this Process Group immediately.

 

Resolution

The user should wait a while and check back later.  If the group is still not showing in 10 minutes contact support@nintex.com to report this.

 

Additional Information

A background job runs to create the group structure for each user.  This usually happens immediately and goes unnoticed.  If there is a backlog of background jobs for some reason, then this job may cause a delay in the group being visible to all users.
