Issue
A Nintex Promapp user may not be able to be disable if they are still assigned as a Portfolio Manager for an Improvement Portfolio.
Resolution
- Go to Admin > Improvements
- Select the Improvement Portfolio
- Update the Portfolio Manager to another user
Additional Information
The Improvement's add-on may no longer be active in your site. Email support@nintex.com who will be able to change this portfolio manager for you
