Issue
The notification to sign off training may not be present of the users dashboard.
Resolution
Cancel and re-schedule the trainee in the training unit.
- Go to the Trainees list for the training unit
- Select the checkbox beside the trainee who is missing the dashboard notification
- Select Amend Existing > Cancel Training
- Select Save
- Select Schedule New
- Enter the appropriate training details and select the user in the Trainees section
- Select Schedule
