Issue
User doesn't think they mentioned system in an activity however it is tagged as a system for the process.
Resolution
- Remember the System that's being tagged in your process. For this example, we'll use "CMS"
- Admin --> Systems
- Find the System that being tagged (CMS)
- Select the Edit Pencil
- Look in the "Tags" section. Are any of these words being referenced in your Process? Going with the example, if I use the word "funtag" in my process, the CMS System tag will appear.
- Solution would be to remove the word "funtag" from my process or remove it from the "TAG(S)" section. You could also remove the tag from the individual process
