Nintex Promapp - Special Characters cannot be Imported using the XML Import

Issue

An error may occur when importing Processes using the Nintex Promapp XML import. 

Resolution

Updating the XML file with special characters can cause this error.  

Workaround:

1. Create a Process
2. Use the Export/Import to Procedure text to add the special characters

Additional Information

• Special characters exported from Promapp can be imported.  
• Edited XML file with special characters may present the error.
