Nintex Promapp - Roles are duplicated in the Map, Procedure and Edit tab

Issue

Roles may be shown twice in the Map, Procedure and edit views of a Nintex Promapp Process following merging the roles.

Resolution

Remove the roles from the Process and re-add them:

1. Go to the edit tab of the Process
2. Remove the roles from the activities where they are duplicated
3. Save & Publish the Process
4. Edit the Process again
5. Add the roles back to the activities
6. Save and Publish the Process.

Please contact Nintex support if the duplicated roles remain following this.  

Additional Information

To find all Processes that may have been affected, you can see a list of Processes where that role is used by running the Process Activities by Role or Responsibility report from the Admin > reports section.
